Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
