• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• During peak seasons and promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address

Cielo Paws is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.
